Principles of cancellation and refund
Should a class have to be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments (4 students minimum per class), any student enrolled in that workshop will be contacted and a refund arranged.
Cancellations advised by phone or by email 10 days BEFORE the commencement of our workshop will not incur a cancellation fee. The workshop fee will be refunded.
MICHAETT does not provide refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days BEFORE the workshop date.
You can transfer a booking to a different child (e.g. friend/sibling) at any time at no cost. Please let me know if you wish to transfer the booking to a different child.

Payment of fees
Class fees are listed with the course details on our website and you can book and pay online.
The material for the production of the particular workshop product is included in the price of the workshop.
Course Recognition
MICHAETT is not a Registered Training Organization and as such, courses are not accredited. However, I do strive to deliver excellence in experience and art education.
Risk management policy related to Photography and Social Media
From time to time we take photos during the class of students and artworks, following the child safety policy we DO NOT photograph students' faces. These photos are used by MICHAETT for promotional purposes such as press advertising, brochures, social media, editorials and websites. These photos will never be sold and will be used exclusively by and for MICHAETT. As a condition of enrolment, your consent is implied. Should you not wish for us to take and use photos of you, and or your child’s artwork please let me know by email on michaela@michaett.com
Risk management policy
MICHAETT is not an educational facility for children and is not responsible for children. For maximum safety during the course, everyone will be instructed in behavior. In case of repeated violation of safety rules, parents will be asked to pick up the child, without the right to a refund of the course fee.
MICHAETT is not responsible for babysitting after the end of the workshop time.
Out of respect for other students and tutors, students are requested to be punctual for class. Children should be escorted to and from the art studio by a parent or guardian, signed in on arrival and collected promptly at the end of class. Parents that allow their child to walk home alone must notify MICHAETT with written permission. During the workshop, with the exception of food breaks, students are not allowed to use a mobile phone.
If a student has an existing medical condition, allergy or disability that may affect their participation in a class, please notify MICHAETT.
